Quote Our Clinic: Quote our name, the name of your therapist, or our Provider Number to your insurer to authorise your treatment with us. (Provide details for quoting)
Booking Information: Call, chat or email us to book! We will need:
The name of your insurer
Your membership number
The authorisation code
The number of sessions approved
Your excess amount
For Other Services (e.g. Sports Massage, Acupuncture)
Contact Your Insurer: Check whether you can see a physiotherapist for the specific treatment you require, under your policy.
Repeat steps 2-4 above as required: Please be aware there may be differences in insurance coverage or therapist accreditation requirements depending on your policy.
